"This piece features “TRR Peptozans Blue”, aka “Wheeler”! I took the photo reference for this drawing the spring of 2018 at the Tongue River Ranch. Quentin Marburger was riding this nice young gelding and “Wheeler” seemed to be so soft and willing to yield to least bit of pressure. As you can see from the snaffle and martingale he was in the early stages of his career but already showing signs of really wanting to “make a horse”!
